Blackberry Tart with Whipped Cream

These are made with store bought puff pastry (sorry...I have my limitations).  Blackberrys, sugar, corn starch, and a bit of lemon zest make the filling.  Egg wash on top with a dash of raw sugar.  Homemade whipped cream and it's hmmm good.  Easy desert or breakfast pastry.

Here's my proof that they're worth a try:
