I love crepes and so Amber decided to make these on Valentine's Day for me. Homemade crepes are the best and they are actually quite easy to make. You have to zoom in on the picture to appreciate, but trust me they were great. Each crepe has a lemon cream cheese filling and then a rasberry/ white wine sauce drizzled over the top. It sounds too rich and too sweet, but it was actually very nice. What always amazes me is how filling they are, so much so that niether of us were able to finish our plate. Oh, well. I've never been one to complain about having left-overs.
