Weeknight Lasagna


How could anyone help but love lasagna?  What a fulfilling meal.  Homemade marinara with ground beef browned with herbs, then layered with grana, ricotta, and mozzerella cheeses and whole grain organic pasta.  Drizzle with exra virgin olive oil and plate.  Simple...like a good meal should be.  I like to eat this meal with slices of a fresh multigrain bagguette and a glass of medium  bodied red wine.
