This isn't exactly what you might call a healthy meal but it sure is a delicious one. Start with some left over homemade meatloaf (worth it's weight in gold, some say). Slice and sear in a pan then pop it in the oven, melting muenster cheese over top. Take a loaf of sour dough and toast it in a pan with a little butter until golden. Then assemble with freshly sliced tomato with S&P and a little Inglehoffer's stone ground mustard. Serve with piping hot homemade sweet potato fries. Shazam!
